SHS is committed to developing the game of soccer and a key area is the development of players in their early stages, to identify and work with talented individuals so they are provided the right opportunities and groomed from a young age.

SHS offers holistic skills transfer through physical programs as well as the use of inflatable air fields. It places emphasis on the competitive and fun side of the game by promoting working effectively in a team environment.

SHS schools training is not about replacing the current coaches but about supporting the development of the game at the school by working with the players and the coaches.
